To re-activate your Zaap TV Box you will need to provide us with the serial number that is located on a sticker underneath the box. Please ensure the number is correct or if in doubt please take a picture and email it to us at info@satshopuk

Once we have received your order and it has been processed you will be emailed an activation code the you must enter into your Zaap set top box via the remote control to extend your viewing.

All orders must be paid for and details correct before a code is sent. Codes can take up to 24 hours to be administrated but is usually much quicker. We are unable to fast track the process.
